There are two dog parks located within the Athens city limits.
- The West State Dog Park - located behind the softball fields and main concession stand on West State Street.
- The East State Dog Park - located just off of East State Street at the intersection of Park Drive and East State Street, behind the Athens City Pool.
Rules:
When using one of our dog parks please remember to:
- Close all gates
- Clean up after messes
- Be courteous to other dog owners by using a leash within the confines of the fence and keeping your dog under control.
